Not a dancer myself but a body builder using weights, and swimming as my most enjoyable way to exercise we have an instructor who makes us do the salsa in the pool, and We laugh at ourselfs but have so much fun. Reading your blog and the fact that you didn't give up but worked hard to be where you are today reminds me of what I had to do. At age 42 I was 40 pounds over weight and met a trainer who not only got my weight down,but led me into body building. Im now 57 and still workout with weight that are heavy for a 20 year old, but like you it took determination, and hard work to get to this stage in my life. And at 57 I have no health problems, that I credit with staying with what I started. your advice to follow your dreams and don't give up is a very powerful message and I hope your advice will inspire others to follow your example.
